If you're looking for an authentic Chinese experience, we found a great little hotel close to many of the city's attractions. the hotel is within walking distance of all the main sights, but far enough from the action to be quiet at night. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the courtyard is a nice place to relax with a book or a drink. Our room was small but comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a fantastic view of the city skyline. the only downside was the lack of variety at breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pingyao. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, within the city wall. It was great to be able to walk to all the main attractions and explore the charming streets. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a lovely courtyard that provided a tranquil atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they made us feel right at home. They even spoke English, which made communication much easier. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a television. the service and quality of this place were excellent.

Christmas at this hotel was lovely. The courtyard and gardens were beautifully decorated with festive lights and ornaments, creating a really cosy and warm atmosphere. The included breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of Chinese dishes to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants in the old town.

The room was a bit small and basic, with limited storage space. The bathroom was also quite small and could have been cleaner. However, these were minor issues and didn't detract from our overall experience at this charming and affordable hotel.
